Parents searching for an extraordinary birthday party experience need look no further. Treat your child and their friends, aged five years and upwards, to an exhilarating pirate adventure on board The Golden Hinde. This exclusive event offers a swashbuckling kid’s pirate party, complete with exclusive hire of the ship for a minimum booking of 20 children.

During this thrilling birthday celebration, the young pirates will take over the five decks of the ship for an hour and forty-five minutes, accompanied by our skilled crew members who will host and provide exciting entertainment, including singing sea shanties, raising the anchor, learning how to fire a cannon and a treasure map hunt.

They will then be treated to a delicious pirate feast in the Hold, complete with pewter plates and tankards for an authentic pirate experience. The feast includes sandwiches, crisps, chocolate bar, cookies, carrot batons, ice cream lolly and organic fruit squash. This is hosted so adults attending can enjoy relaxing and socialising on board.

Pirate birthday packages starting at £595 from Monday to Friday and from £795 on Saturdays and Sunday.

The full-size replica of the famous Elizabethan galleon Golden Hind, captained by Sir Francis Drake, has been a much-loved museum for 50 years and is docked at St Mary Overie’s Dock, next to London Bridge and Borough Market.

The ship offers museum tours, live-in history experiences, private hire for corporate and private events, including wedding ceremonies and children’s birthday parties, an escape room, regular concerts, quizzes, and theatre productions.
