This summer season, Pure Seven Spa will offer guests two brand-new Wellness Retreats.

These include:

• Origen Retreat (1^st – 4^th June) – a transformative 3-day retreat which transcends through Ibiza’s heritage, culture, and tradition, offering a unique blend of activities. Guests will have the opportunity to engage in Nidra meditation; Afro-Rhythm sessions; scenic hikes and sunrise nature walks; yoga classes; a candle-making workshop; outdoor Pilates; a spirited wild race; and rejuvenating reflexology.

• Performance Retreat (14^th – 17^th September) – Pure Seven’s new performance retreat programme offers a selection of invigorating experiences infused in nature and movement, from serene beach walks; exhilarating mountain hikes; adventurous wild races; water pilates; sunset kayaking; and scenic excursions to Ibizan landmarks. In addition, the 3-day retreat includes therapeutic scrubs, fitness massages and HydraFacial sessions. The retreat can be adapted and personalised to suit all individuals.

 

The Origen Retreat starts from 2,200 EUR and Performance Retreat starts from 2,340 EUR (single occupancy). Both retreats include three nights’ accommodation, daily buffet breakfast, and access to the outdoor and Pure Seven Spa.

This year, Pure Seven Spa will also launch the second edition of their Wellness Master series, welcoming several specialist wellbeing experts to the resort for a series of weeklong visits throughout summer. Each practitioner will share their skills, expertise and healing wisdom with in-house guests and external visitors via workshops, classes and one-on-one sessions. Confirmed practitioners include:

• Ramon Sanchez (7^th – 13^th July 2024) – professional dancer and certified Pilates instructor, In-house and external guests can enjoy an exciting week-long programme of complimentary group and private classes based around Ramon Sanchez’s innovative sculpting approach, which combines the dynamics of fitness and the abdominal control of Pilates and ballet.

• Andrew Rosenstock is the second confirmed practitioner, known internationally for his passion and talent in the Healing Arts. His practices range from deep physical, to energetic and light. Treatments will include a Deep Structural Bodywork, Nervous System Regulation, and an Abdominal detox massage.

Rates at 7Pines Resort Ibiza vary within season and occupancy. Entry level rooms start at 259 EUR per night. Villa rates start from 6,500 EUR per night.
