California’s DesignerCon is coming to London’s ExCel Centre from Friday 20 August to Sunday 22 August 2021.
The convention brings together artists, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the designer toy/ vinyl collectables market and has grown to incorporate everything in the design world including apparel, limited-edition streetwear, plush, 3-D printing, sculpture, designer toys, and both fine and urban art.
DesignerCon UK offers a great opportunity to experience and purchase one-off or rare items, for the serious collector, or as an investment buy.
Franklin Boetang, who runs @Kingdomoftrainers, who will be hosting an area called The Kingdom at the event, recommends investing in sneakers that will appreciate in value.

The Kingdom will be showcasing creative companies from clothing to footwear to cleaning brands. They will be launching the UK website of Forcefield, and will have a special bike track by Mate Bikes and a special installation by KarlaCorn plus brands such as Cabral Mercer and Sailing Soul.
