What a wonderful job, tea tasting. All those flavours and aromas. I drove out to Walford Court Tea Rooms & Gardens, South Shropshire SY7. Parsnip & ginger soup accompanied with a soft herb & cheese muffin, followed by a date & raison oat cake.  A return trip is differently on the menu.
